LIVONIA — The Bulldogs Annual Invitational Track Meet ended almost as soon as it began on Friday May 13th after thunder was heard less than an hour into the meet.
Many of the top student athletes in Section V were invited to this event including competitors from Avon, Cal-Mum, Perry, Warsaw, Dansville, Lima Christian, Letchworth and York making the trip into Bulldog Country.
After waiting out the mandatory 30 minute wait after thunder was heard or lightening seen… the rains, wind and looming thunderstorms arrived on cue forcing the cancellation of this event. An announcement of a possible make up date is likely to follow sometime this week.
