Avon man arrested after having sexual contact with minor

AVON — According to a release by Livingston County Sheriff John M. York, Avon’s Timothy P. Glavin, 31, has been arrested after an investigation by the Sheriff's office.
The investigation revealed that Glavin had sexual contact with a person under the age of 13 years old. Glavin was charged with a Criminal Sexual Act in the first degree— a class B felony— arraigned in the Town of Avon Court and remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 secured bond.
The Sheriff’s office plans to continue the investigation, with more charges possible.
