Geneseo Man Allegedly Puts Glass Shards in Neighbors Pool

GENESEO — A Geneseo man was arrested for criminal mischief and trespassing after becoming the neighbor from hell.

According to police reports, Anthony Crilly, 47, allegedly placed nails in his neighbors driveway and glass shards in his swimming pool. The suspicious neighbor then placed surveillance cameras on the house and caught footage of Crilly damaging his home and video cameras with a pole.

Crilly was then charged and arrested where an order of protection was issued against him to cease contact with the victim.

The next day Crilly violated the order of protection and was arrested for Criminal Contempt where bail was set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

Crilly is due back in Geneseo Village Court November 1.
